Deliveries – Delivery Time
Any shipping costs are added during checkout. Normally, goods are delivered within 1-2 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays). Typically, our deliveries are made as parcels via Postnord. We do not take responsibility for Postnord’s delivery times and/or handling.
Payment Options
With Svea Checkout, you choose when and how you want to pay. After a purchase via Svea Checkout, you can easily log in to My Pages to view your current invoices, change due dates, change payment methods, view history, communicate with Svea, etc.

Payment Terms
For larger orders, customary credit checks are conducted. This also applies to all orders on invoice, installment payment, or account. In cases where payment is not made immediately upon ordering, payment terms of 14 days net apply. Invoicing is done through Svea Checkout (Svea Bank AB).
Fees
We present prices including VAT. No other taxes or fees (except shipping) are added to the order unless otherwise specified.
Refunds
Any refunds are made to your bank account, personal account, or bank giro account. The refund is made within 10 working days from when we receive and approve your return.
Right of Withdrawal and 14-Day Open Purchase
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a customer have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item and without any specific reason. This assumes that the product and its packaging are in unchanged condition, i.e., unused and unopened, not destroyed or damaged. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs when invoking the Right of Withdrawal and open purchase. Upon return, the receipt or a copy of it must accompany the item. Contact with us must have occurred before the return. We reserve the right, in cases where the return is not complete, to charge the cost price for the missing parts. We reserve the right, in cases where the return is incorrect, i.e., the receipt is missing or contact has not been made, to refrain from refunding the value of the item. We will not collect packages on cash-on-delivery basis.
Complaints
According to the Consumer Sales Act, you as a customer have the right to make a complaint within 3 years after receiving the item. We apply the complaint right according to the Consumer Sales Act. NOTE! You must keep the receipt to utilize the right to complain, and the product must be in its unopened packaging. If the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered (unopened packaging) upon arrival, we undertake to rectify the error free of charge. NOTE! It is important that you make a correct notification. Visible defect: Reported immediately upon receipt of the item. Hidden defect: Reported to us within 7 days of receiving the item. A product that we have confirmed to be incorrectly delivered or damaged will be replaced. In a valid return case, we pay the return shipping. However, if you have ordered more items than the one you returned, we do not refund the entire shipping cost. No compensation for either the item or return costs will be provided for incorrectly returned items, nor will the customer receive the item back without paying new shipping costs. In case of dispute, ARN’s recommendations apply.
Privacy and Security of Personal Data
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information such as name, address, and telephone number. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via email to provide the service you expect from us. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. Please contact us in that case.
Delivery Delay
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your order. There may be circumstances that make it impossible to fulfill the order. We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
